LOVE ON SITE
A high-heat STEMinist rom-com about a female mechanical engineer who decides to accept her temporary colleague’s offer to help “work out the kinks” of her sexual dysfunction, all without catching feelings or risking her career-making promotion.
Natalie, an ambitious mechanical engineer, wouldn’t have ordered vibrating nipple clamps if she’d known her hot new neighbor, Callen, would open them first. But she has more important things to worry about…like her boss getting sacked just before launching a multi-million-dollar sustainability project. She’s laser-focused on proving she deserves his seat at the leadership table—until Callen shows up Monday morning as her project’s new co-lead.
Cal’s luck with women has always been abysmal. When his long-term college girlfriend cheated the moment she saw a ring, he gave up on love and leaned into the traveling consultant life. But then he meets Natalie with her sex toys, scuffed work boots, and pink fingernails. Whether they’re talking non-hazardous waste streams or getting pedicures after hours, sparks fly, but Natalie has a sexual dysfunction that makes intimacy complicated.
Natalie considers Cal’s offer to help her “work out the kinks,” but she isn’t convinced it’s worth the risk when he’s only here for three months, especially when rumors about them start getting in the way of her promotion. But Cal is unfailingly supportive, he gives hugs that can stop time, and he has more abs than any man has a right to. Turns out, it takes even less time to fall in love, and Natalie’s left weighing her identity as a career woman against the man who’s made her happier than any job ever has. Problem is, there’s no middle ground with lifestyles like theirs.
